"Carly is a great left sided player in the mold of many great A&M players in our history. She is very skillful, agile, and left footed. She has played for some great coaches in the FC Dallas developmental system like Ashley Gordon, Chris Ring, and Chris Hayden who have helped her to find and play to her strengths. Carly has the unique knack of always finding her teammates with well placed and weighted passes, whether that's in front of goal or in open spaces to set up an attack or to break the pressure of our opponents. She is very unselfish, yet is very focused on getting better everyday. So I know that she's going to do great in this team's environment and on the field against one of the nation's toughest schedules."
