• As a senior, Thomas was named a unanimous First Team All-District offensive lineman. (District 24-5A)
• Received Houston Chronicle First Team All-Greater Houston Area offensive line honors.
• As a junior, he garnered First Team All-District honors for his play on the offensive line (District 24-5A).
