• As a senior was a unanimous First Team All-District defensive lineman (District 12-5A).
• Named to the Tyler Morning Telegram All-East Texas First Team defensive line.
• As a junior earned First Team All-District honors on the defensive front (District 12-5A).
• Playing offensive guard recorded 60 knockdown blocks and did not give up a single sack.
• In only seven games at defensive tackle registered 15 tackles and four sacks.
